Departure T&T

Requirements for Visitors Departing Trinidad and Tobago. 1. Valid Passport/Travel Document: Must be presented at the port of exit. 2. Completed Immigration E/D Card (Form 2): Required for departure. 3. Ticket with Boarding Pass: Proof of onward travel is necessary. Additional Information: 1. Departure Tax Exemption: Travelers in transit for 48 hours or less are exempt from paying the departure tax fee. Visa Information: 1. Visas can be issued at Immigration Offices in Port of Spain, San Fernando, Scarborough (Tobago), or at Trinidad and Tobago Embassies or Consulates abroad. 2. In the absence of a T&T foreign mission, applications can be made at British Embassies or High Commissions. 3. Certain foreign nationals may obtain a visa waiver at a port of entry with prior approval from the Immigration Division. Note: Citizens and residents of Trinidad and Tobago do not require a visa for entry into the country.
