Tobago, Trinidad and TobagoThe Chance to be with horses, step up in the saddle & become part of their world, keeps us pulling on our boots & heading for the stable. Through the beat of footfalls, the blow of breath, we enter a mystical world we knew as children, if only in imagination. Being-with-Horses follows the principal that if a horse is given the freedom to live the life intended for a herd animal in an open setting with an abundance of fresh feed and ample space to enjoy the comfort of his herd members he will transfer this sense of wellbeing and balance to his riders. Our herd of 6 is free to roam 16 hours a day in open paddocks and corrals. They mingle with each other freely day and night. Each day they carry our visitors to the sea and swim across the bay free from the restrictions of bridle or saddle. They thoroughly enjoy the experience with their rider while they are maintaining their lustrous coats and powerful bodies!! Because they are free to be without stress or anxiety, these horses have a heightened insight into their rider and are able to create full partnership. The horse will help the rider to find balance in body, mind and spirit and the union is one of freedom and harmony unlike any other experience

Tobago, Trinidad and TobagoAfter introducing the Horses to our guests - Letting you know about their personality & character... their Age & where they came from... telling you the importance of Body language - which the horses respond to - how to interact with them in a gentle & easy way ;-) You will choose your team´partner - you guide the Horse, mount the Horse, after that we take everybody through the village - for a stroll along the Goatrace´track, the Wetland &Mangroves - after that for a long Beachride...at the end of Buccoo Bay we are taking the Herd swimming along the Bay. We practice Natural Horsemenship: Bitless Bridle & Bare back pads... Please come in comfortable Holiday Clothes (T-Shirt & Short Pants) and bring a change of clothes. Bring your Camera - Everything else Equipment wise, we provide. It is a 2 hour experience. A personnel Guided TOUR - Everybody is welcome - no age limit & most of our clients are first timers. No experience needed - The only limitation is the Weight limit (190 pounds). The cost of this personal guided tour is 100 USD per person. You need to make your booking in advance due to limited space. We are going out either mornings 9am - 11am or afternoons 3pm - 5pm.
