Local Address: Non-citizens and non-residents must provide a proper local address in Trinidad and Tobago. 5. Visa (If Required): Citizens of countries requiring a visa for entry must obtain one before travel. 6. Immigration E/D Card: Visitors must complete an Immigration E/D Card (Form 1) upon arrival. 7. Special Permits: Visitors entering for purposes other than tourism or leisure must have the relevant permits based on the purpose of the visit, such as: Work Permit Student Permit Missionary Permit Minister’s Permit

Tobago, Trinidad and TobagoRequirements for Visitors Departing Trinidad and Tobago. 1. Valid Passport/Travel Document: Must be presented at the port of exit. 2. Completed Immigration E/D Card (Form 2): Required for departure. 3. Ticket with Boarding Pass: Proof of onward travel is necessary. Additional Information: 1. Departure Tax Exemption: Travelers in transit for 48 hours or less are exempt from paying the departure tax fee. Visa Information: 1. Visas can be issued at Immigration Offices in Port of Spain, San Fernando, Scarborough (Tobago), or at Trinidad and Tobago Embassies or Consulates abroad. 2. In the absence of a T&T foreign mission, applications can be made at British Embassies or High Commissions. 3. Certain foreign nationals may obtain a visa waiver at a port of entry with prior approval from the Immigration Division. Note: Citizens and residents of Trinidad and Tobago do not require a visa for entry into the country.

An application for an entry visa must be submitted to a Trinidad and Tobago Mission abroad or where there is no Trinidad and Tobago Office, to a British Embassy or Consulate in a non-Commonwealth country. An application for an entry visa may be made at an Immigration Office in Trinidad and Tobago in cases where there is no Trinidad and Tobago Office available abroad. An application for an entry visa must be on the prescribed form. An Entry Visa when issued must be endorsed in the applicant's passport.
