The bags and collections' names are reminiscent of Caribbean island life and locations: The Brown Sand Beach Collection is named after the beaches that are fringed with greenery, where sometimes the forest meets the sea, and are the haunts and playground of locals. The brown of the burlap combined with beautiful tropical fabric reflect this scenery. The designs are original and are made from locally sourced materials, supporting local businesses. Made with renewable energy, the durable designs use largely natural materials and some also showcase hand-painted, artistic elements. By continually improving our design and quality, we aim for excellence. Our mission is to reflect the handiwork of nature, with a similar attention to detail, beauty and function; and to encourage people to carry beauty, not only on the outside but on the inside, which is most important.
