About

This 7.2 km loop winds from shaded rainforest to breezy ridges and hidden turquoise coves. Spot the colourful Trinidad motmot, rare white-tailed sabrewing, and over 200 bird species along the way, all within the oldest legally protected tropical rainforest in the Western Hemisphere.
